Why I started Flip Slide Consultancy.

I’ve spent the last decade inside Indian manufacturing SMEs across operations, sales, and audit functions. I’ve sat in boardrooms where a founder couldn’t tell me what was on his own shop floor that morning. I’ve seen brilliant ₹50 Cr businesses stall for three years for the same reason: the operating layer never caught up with the ambition.

I believe every Indian SME manufacturer carries its own character and within that character lives unbelievable challenges sitting next to multiple opportunities most founders are too close to see. The job of a good consultant is not to bring an outside answer. It is to bring a clean outside lens and the discipline to turn what that lens finds into a system the founder’s team can actually run.

That is what Flip Slide Consultancy is for. A Six Sigma audit with a clear objective: to find the critical few areas where your business can move from running on the founder’s vision in their head to running on a system. Then six months of embedded work to install that system. Then a partnership that lasts as long as the business does.
